Quality Policy / Statement:

• Achieve business vision and goals, identify operational risks, and grasp the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
• Comply with the systems and product specification prescribed in laws, regulations as well as international and regional standards.
• Establish quality performance indicators for each department and class from top to bottom.
• Implement internal communication, education promotion, and knowledge management mechanisms to effectively achieve quality performance indicators.
• Continue to improve system processes and product quality to achieve a continuous improvement in corporate culture.
• Enable The environmental quality of the products produced by the Company to meet the needs of customers and to comply with HSF restricted substances and relevant laws and regulations.

Quality Policy Commitment :
Quality is the survival lifeline of the Company and all colleagues in the Company must adhere to the essence of such spirit in order to achieve the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction. Every year in December, The decision maker (general manager) will formulate and promulgate the quality objectives for the following year and then, through employee training or opportunity educations, notify all employees to follow and work hard as well as arrange appropriate discussions in the management review meeting so as to thoroughly implement the quality policy.
